Carvel / Rich Products has a position available as a Carvel Route Sales Representative.
WHO IS RICH PRODCUTS- Rich Products Corporation, is one of the world’s largest family-owned food companies and a leading global supplier to the foodservice, in-store bakery, retail and industrial marketplaces.
POSITION Route Sales Reps will be responsible for the direct store delivery of quality products to our supermarket accounts. This includes all aspects of store and customer service, product handling and transportation, merchandising, and communication.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS NEEDED: Experienced (1—2+ years) in Direct Store Delivery sales positions. Minimum high school diploma (or GED). Prefer valid CDL class B License (If Not, Must obtain CDL class B License within 30 days of employment) and a clean driving record. Be physically able to perform the job: Extended standing, driving required; push/pull up to 50 pounds: required on a routine basis.
REQUIREMENTS NEEDED: Be Able and willing to travel up to 50% of the time. Self-motivated, able to take initiative and use sound judgment in day-to-day decision making. Must have reliable transportation and be punctual in attendance. Professional, courteous, reliable, and mature, with outstanding organizational and communication skills. Possess solid general computer, math, and analysis skills. Must be 21 years or older.
