Homans Associates is a subsidiary of the largest independent HVAC/R distribution company in the world, Watsco, Inc. We proudly distribute the Mitsubishi and Bryant brands of HVAC equipment, as well as a full-line of HVAC residential and commercial parts, supplies and accessories. We have 20 locations throughout New England, New York and New Jersey. This Licensed Driver position is located in Wilmington, MA.

Job Responsibilities:
• Delivers insulation, equipment, and other HVAC related products to customers at customer locations and job sites.
• Upholds environmental, health and safety standards
• Works closely with internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers)
• Provides excellent customer service to external customers
• Maintain appropriate data and safety standards to comply with DOT regulations
Education/Experience:
• High School diploma or GED is required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment
• Must be team-oriented
• Forklift certification desired, but not necessary
• Appropriate driver license requirements per DOT regulations. Minimum of CDL class B license required.
Class A driver position: Runs are from branch to branch (Regional) or local within 25 miles of Wilmington. The Regional and Local work is alternating days. Mostly jacks are used to unload product from warehouse to warehouse. This is a 3rd shift position 4-5am start time ending mid afternoon
Class B driver position: Runs are local within 25 miles of Wilmington. Some lifting up to 70lbs, but equipment is used for heavy products. This is a 3rd shift position 3-4am start time.
