Goals:
1. Manage the route in accordance with division standards in order to achieve maximum efficiency and safety.
2. Perform all work in accordance with required safety standards to achieve an accident and injury free environment and to assure a positive personal and company image.
3. Maintain all assigned trucks to the highest standards to assure safe operation and long service time for the trucks.
4. Maintain full compliance with all DOT, OSHA, DEC, DEP and State and Local Regulations and Laws.
5. Always provide the customer with excellent customer service.
6. Achieve all required productivity standard.
7. Consistently function as a fully trained and fully responsible member of the team.
8. Enhance the company’s sales and employee recruitment efforts whenever possible to assist in the creation of new customer relationships and a stable work force.
9 Provide to the company complete documentation of the work completed to assure 100% of the required standards are met in all areas of compliance and customer service.
10. Fully utilize the truck to achieve maximum productivity and safe performance.
