Compensation is based on salary + commission for gallons collected. Base salary would be $35-37k/year on target earnings are about $70K.

VAC Sales and Service Representative (VSSR) |

I. Role overview |
Individual is Responsible for Safely Completing all assigned Customer Services, meeting customer needs and selling additional services in a defined route while complying with all local, state, and federal rules and regulations, in addition to all Safety-Kleen policies and procedures. |

II. Reporting relationship |
The Sales and Service Representative (SSR) reports to the Customer Service Manager (CSM) or BGM (In Branches that don't have CSM). |

III. Responsibilities |
Service Execution |
Complete Daily scheduled services as assigned. |
Properly execute all required documentation and labeling |
Selling Execution |
Generate / Collect leads from customers utilizing Customer Hand-Off Tool. |
Selling Additional Products and Services into existing accounts. |
Actively Prospecting for New accounts in Assigned Route. |
Primary account ownership of smaller accounts in defined route (C2,C3,D2 and D3) |
Customer Service / Satisfaction |
Ensure Customer Satisfaction at Time of Service. |
All Communications Requiring Follow-up go to the CSM or BGM utilizing Customer Hand-Off Tool. |
Customer Service Check List used to Communicate value to the Customer at each Scheduled stop, |
Safety / Compliance |
Follow all Local, State (provincial) and Federal Compliance Regulations and Rules. |
Safely Operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT (Canadian MOT), Local, State (provincial) and Federal requirements. |
Safely Observe all Corporate Operating Guidelines and Procedures (BOGs/SOPs). |
Observe all Company Environmental Health and Safety Operating Guidelines. |
