Compensation is based on salary + commission for gallons collected. Base salary would be $35-37k/year on target earnings are about $70K.

VAC Sales and Service Representative (VSSR)

 

I.  Role overview

Individual is Responsible for Safely Completing all assigned Customer Services, meeting customer needs and selling additional services in a defined route while complying with all local, state, and federal rules and regulations, in addition to all Safety-Kleen policies and procedures.

 

II.  Reporting relationship

The Sales and Service Representative (SSR) reports to the Customer Service Manager (CSM) or BGM (In Branches that don't have CSM).

 

III.  Responsibilities

Service Execution

Complete Daily scheduled services as assigned.

Properly execute all required documentation and labeling

Selling Execution

Generate / Collect leads from customers utilizing Customer Hand-Off Tool.

Selling Additional Products and Services into existing accounts. 

Actively Prospecting for New accounts in Assigned Route. 

Primary account ownership of smaller accounts in defined route (C2,C3,D2 and D3)

Customer Service / Satisfaction

Ensure Customer Satisfaction at Time of Service.

All Communications Requiring Follow-up go to the CSM or BGM utilizing Customer Hand-Off Tool.

Customer Service Check List used to Communicate value to the Customer at each Scheduled stop, 

Safety / Compliance

Follow all Local, State (provincial) and Federal Compliance Regulations and Rules.

Safely Operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT (Canadian MOT), Local, State (provincial) and Federal requirements.

Safely Observe all Corporate Operating Guidelines and Procedures (BOGs/SOPs).

Observe all Company Environmental Health and Safety Operating Guidelines.
