CDL Class A Drivers Wanted - Boston, MA

Job Title: Tractor Trailer Driver           FLSA Status:  Non-Exempt

Department: Distribution                     Salary Range:  based on experience               

Summary: This individual will be responsible for product movement between WB Mason facilities, vendor pick up and deliveries to customers with a focus on timeliness & customer service.

• Home every night, not an over-the-road position
• 3^rd shift hours (10pm – 8am)
  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Moves product between facilities and from vendors within marketplace

·        Develops and maintains outstanding working relationships with customers, facilities managers and vendor representatives

·        Plans and carries out daily route to ensure that all deliveries are made.

·        Communicates issues to supervisory in a timely manner.

·        Drives safely and maintains valid driver’s license.

·        Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

·        High School Diploma

·        Experience preferred, but open to recent graduates

·        Customer Service experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

·        Exceptional Customer Service Skills.

·        Outstanding Communication Skills with an ability to converse, read & write in English.

·        Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

·        CDL  A License required

·        Current DOT card.

·        Must be able to work independently and manage time appropriately to meet deadlines
