Position: CDL Class A Linehaul Driver – FedEx Ground
Company: BAN Logistics Inc.
Location: South Yarmouth, MA
Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2
Operation: FedEx Ground Linehaul
Compensation:
- $290 daily base pay
- Additional $0.60 per mile for mileage exceeding 375 miles per day
- Mileage-based compensation depends on assigned routes and actual miles driven
Schedule:
- Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday
- Primarily overnight operations
- Home daily
- Schedules and routes are subject to operational needs
Driver Requirements:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Minimum one year of qualifying tractor-trailer driving experience
- Doubles/Triples (T) endorsement required
- Must meet FedEx Ground driver qualification and safety requirements
- Must successfully complete required background checks and screening
- Must be able to commute reliably to our South Yarmouth location
Job Responsibilities:
- Transport FedEx Ground freight between terminals throughout the Northeast and surrounding regions
- Primarily drop-and-hook operations
- Safely operate tractor-trailers, including doubles combinations
- Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Follow DOT regulations, FedEx Ground safety standards, and company procedures
Equipment:
- Freightliner Cascadia day cab tractors
- Company-maintained equipment
- Trucks remain at the terminal after shifts
