Navarro Trucking Company is a premium flatbed carrier serving New England and the Mid-Atlantic region. We haul building products, steel, stone, wood, machinery, engines, and specialized freight. We believe newly licensed CDL-A drivers deserve an opportunity to build a successful career, and we provide the training and support to help them succeed.
What You'll Do
- Operate Class A tractor-trailers hauling flatbed freight
- Run approximately 300-600 miles per day
- Transport 1-2 loads daily depending on distance
- Secure cargo using chains, straps, and tarps
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Schedule
- Typical schedule: Monday-Friday
- Home most weekends
- 34-hour reset on weekends
- Dedicated time for equipment inspections and trip planning
Pay & Career Growth
- First 6 Months: 25% of load revenue
- After 6 Months: 27% of load revenue
- After 1 Year of Safe Driving: 30% of load revenue
- After 2 Years of Safe Driving: 32% of load revenue
- Top drivers can earn $2,000-$3,000+ per week

Rider Program
