Job Title: CDL A, B, & C Driver – Emergency Response Division Company Name: Action Emergency Management Services Job Location: Revere, MA Job Type: Full-time | Part-time | On-Call Pay: $23.00 – $30.00 per hour (depending on experience & endorsements) Drive with Purpose. Respond with Action. Action Emergency Management Services, a trusted leader in emergency response across Massachusetts, is hiring CDL Drivers (A, B, & C) to join our operations team. Our drivers play a critical role in disaster recovery, scene response, and support operations — including towing, hauling equipment, transporting debris, and responding to major incidents in coordination with police, fire, and state agencies. This is not your average CDL job. We are seeking dependable, safety-driven professionals who can perform under pressure and thrive in fast-moving, unpredictable environments. Key Responsibilities: ● Operate CDL-class trucks including flatbeds, heavy wreckers, roll-offs, Hazmat & other commercial vehicles ● Respond to emergency dispatches for fires, accidents, environmental cleanups, and natural disasters ● Transport vehicles, equipment, and materials to and from job sites across Massachusetts and beyond ● Ensure all loads are properly secured and comply with DOT and company safety standards ● Complete and maintain all required documentation, logs, and reports ● Perform daily pre-trip/post-trip inspections and minor vehicle maintenance ● Work closely with dispatchers, emergency personnel, and site supervisors during active response ● Maintain professionalism and situational awareness at all times, especially in sensitive emergency environments ● Be available for rotating on-call shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays when emergency events occur Requirements: ● Valid Class A, B or C CDL license ● Clean driving record (must meet insurance and DOT standards) ● Experience with heavy-duty trucks, towing, or emergency transport preferred ● Ability to work under pressure in dynamic, high-stakes situations ● Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying weather and site conditions ● Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset ● Must pass a background check and drug screening ● Availability for on-call emergency shifts is required What We Offer: ● Competitive pay with overtime opportunities ● Exposure to specialized emergency equipment and scenes ● Fast-paced, team-focused work environment ● Training and career growth in the emergency response industry ● Uniforms and safety gear provided Equal Opportunity Employer Action Emergency Management Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
