Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and skilled passenger-endorsed CDL Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and ensuring timely departure and arrivals to and from stops while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle various types of passenger transits.

Responsibilities

·  Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations.

·  Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.

·  Maintain accurate logs and documentation such as DVIRs and route sheets as required.

·  Help passengers, including those with disabilities, get into and out of the vehicle.

·  Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to schedules.

·  Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding scheduling status and any issues that may arise.

·  Ensure your vehicle is cleaned and well-maintained.

·  Maintain order on the bus and prevent unruly behavior from passengers in a safe and professional manner.

Skills

·  Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles.

·  Experience in commercial driving with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) passenger endorsed required.

·  CPR/AED certified (not required but preferred)

·  Knowledge of safe driving practices and regulations for passenger transportation.

·  Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.

·  Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with passengers and team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
