Bus Driver

South Shore Early Education and Care a program of the South Shore Community Action Council - a private non-profit providing multi-level program support on the South Shore, Wareham, and the Cape and Islands, South Shore Early Education - seeks a part time Bus Driver 20-25 hrs. per week, 52 wks. per year, all company benefits apply. Pay is commensurate with driving experience.

Core Duties
CDL Commercial Bus Driver - Marshfield 20-25 hours per week; 52-week position.
Core Qualifications
Safe transport of children including those with special needs and disabilities. Pre and post Inspection of vehicle daily, general care taking of the bus including fuel, records, etc. Actively participate in all required annual trainings. Coordinate & work with attending Bus Monitors. Deliver the children in a safe, friendly manner according to Federal & State regulation. Must speak and understand English.
Minimum Requirements at employment:
· All candidates must undergo a background check where applicable;
prior to beginning employment.
· Date of posting 4/3/24; deadline to apply 4/12/24 or until a suitable candidate is found. Position open until suitable candidate is found.
· Valid MA CDL driver’s license, including clean driving record, and pre employment drug screening per DOT guidelines.
