CLASS A & B DRIVERS WANTED- LEOMINSTER
STI PRECAST CONCRETE- LEOMINSTER
We are looking for a truck driver with a CDL A or B License. Hoisting License 1B preferrably to transport precast structures.
Responsibilities
• Transport precast structures over land from a manufacturing plant to customer job sights.
• Some hands on work required to load precast structures at manufacturing plant and unload products at job site.
• Overseeing the safe loading and unloading of the delivery vehicle to ensure the order is accurate.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
• Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
• Collect and verify delivery instructions
• Report defects, accidents or violations
