Job description:

U-Haul of Central Massachusetts is looking for our newest U-Box Customer Care Representative. As a CCR you will deliver U-Box portable storage containers to and from customers' houses. We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of customer service, patience, compassion, professionalism, and empathy. Moving is stressful and as a U-Haul CCR you will be on the front line providing friendly and courteous service and support to our customers. 

U-Box Customer Care Driver Responsibilities:

• Operate a flatbed truck (training provided).
• Operate an 8000-lb propane forklift or a truck-mounted forklift (training provided).
• Load and unload storage containers for delivery.
• Transport storage containers to and from specified destinations, e.g., customers’ homes and businesses – local routes only.

Minimum Requirements:

• Clean motor vehicle driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Department of Transportation certification
• United States - commercial driver’s license (CDL-A)
