Looking for Class B Delivery Driver to Join our Transportation department in Franklin MA, with a $5,000 sign on bonus!
The Class B delivery driver will be responsible for:
A route of 15-25 stops daily. The deliveries require unloading the product via hand, pallet jack, and dolly. Delivering the merchandise to where the customer prefers. Safely operate a 24' box truck of 26,000 pounds of GVW , load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate. Properly track and document activity log. Report any issues or incidents to dispatch. Inspect truck before and after trip. Communicate with customers with an outgoing attitude. An important aspect in this position will be delivering not only product, but exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
Clear MVR, Lift gate experience, 1 year of active and recent CDL B experience, 1 year of route delivery experience, 1 year of manual pallet jack and jand truck experience, Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted, A valid commercial drivers license, A valid and up to date DOT Medical Card. Strong work ethic . Ability to handle physical workload.
