CDL Class A and B Drivers Wanted - Lancaster, MA

DAVRON Equipment LLC.

We are seeking a CDL Driver to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 lbs. GVW.

Starting pay rate of $25-$30 per hour based on driving and equipment experience.

Start times vary between 4am-6am daily.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a roll-off dumpster truck, tri-axle dump truck, or tractor-dump trailer.
• Safely operate a PTO system for cable winching, dump trucks, and dump trailers.
• Properly track and document a trucking activity log.
• Report any broken or damaged customer equipment in need of repair.
• Inspect trucks before, during, and after each shift.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic operational functions of the assigned truck.

Qualifications:

• CDL A or B license.
• Must be able to drive a manual, high-low range, split transmission.
• Previous tractor trailer, roll-off, or tri-axle experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to handle a physical workload, multiple stops, and long hours, in any weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to work overtime, weekends, and be included in a weekly on-call rotation.
