Job Requirements:

CDL-A Driver, Warehousing Handling, Inventory Control, Local deliveries & possible occasional overnight trips (dispatched out of Billerica MA completing “white glove” deliveries).  DOT compliance mandatory.

Duties:

· Dispatch out of Martin White Glove Delivery fine furniture warehouse.

· Maintain a professional relationship with customers.

· Receive & handle product with care when delivered into MWGD warehouse.

· Inspect, wrap, label and load new furniture in accordance with dispatch paperwork provided by Martin White Glove Delivery.

· Complete in home, white glove, and consist mainly of new furniture deliveries to customer residences, business and retail stores.

· Deliveries include unwrapping, unboxing and set up of furniture inside the customer residence. 

· Proof of deliveries required for each delivery.

· Communication with White Glove Delivery  dispatch throughout the day to confirm the completion of deliveries, receive updates on pending deliveries and report customer service issues and concerns.

· Pick up furniture from accounts.  Pick ups require proper inspection, wrapping, protection and labeling.

· Unload all returns and furniture pick ups upon the completion of dispatch.  All items arriving back to White Glove Delivery warehouse should be properly wrapped and labeled.

· Return all related paperwork and DOT documentation at the end of each dispatch run.

· Compensation = $15.00/hour; Competitive benefits (vacation/sick/medical/dental)

Requirements:

· CDL Class A

· Experience preferred, but open to recent graduates

·  Clean driving record, DOT compliant, Valid medical card, Drug screen required, No felonies in past 3 years…1 in lifetime.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Ability to lift 50 pounds, team lift 350 pounds.

· Must submit and pass a pre-employment background check, clean driving record, pre-employment drug screening, and DOT physical. 

Previous white glove furniture delivery experience a plus.
