Logistics Supervisor
Position Description:
The driver is responsible for picking up and delivering product.
Position Responsibilities:
The Driver will perform the following tasks:
· Pickup product from airports and local vendors.
· Deliver product to airports and local customers.
· Drive in a safe and courteous manner.
· Confirm that documentation matches load.
· They are also responsible for following and maintaining the safety of the workplace.
· Ensure that all legal documentation/licensing/ certifications are up to date and comply with regulatory agencies.
· Maintain vehicles including daily walk around, regular cleaning.
· Inform Supervisor of any problems with vehicles.
· Perform duties per Stavis HACCP procedures and SSOP.
· Maintain good relationships with customers and vendors while representing Stavis Seafoods in a professional manner at all times
· Interact with Shipping Receiving as necessary
· All other duties as assigned
Required Proficiencies or Abilities:
· Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lb.
· Have a clean driving record
· Be able to count accurately
· Be able to be TSA registered, preferred
· Proficient in written and spoken English
Pay:
· $18-24/hour (Based on experience)
