Tractor Trailer Truck Driver

SUMMARY:
The Tractor Trailer Driver will drive diesel powered tractor trailer combination to transport and deliver health and beauty care and general merchandise by performing the following duties
RESPONIBILITIES:
Drives truck to predetermined route
Inspects truck for defects before and after trips and submits report indicating truck condition.
Maintains driver log according to D.O.T. regulations
Responsible for unloading truck.
Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, fuel, oil, and water
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a valid Class A CDL driver’s license
Provide valid DOT medical certification
At least one year of verifiable driving experience preferred, but open to recent graduates.
Clean driving record and be at least 21 yrs
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to read and write
Excellent math skills, must past math test
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
