Equipment that lifts over 10 ft in height, over 500 Lbs in weight or over 1/4 yard of bucket capacity requires that you shall have a hoisting license to operate it in Massachusetts. Equipment that is 8000 lbs or less and that you are renting can be operated with a 14 day short term license that may only be renewed once every 45 days.TAKE OUR CLASS YOU WILL PASS !
