Residential Driver - Prevailing wage $25-$28/hr depending on job
Rolloff - Competative starting hourly pay
Minimum Qualifications for Residential Driver:
- Current CDL operator’s license
- Clean driving record, no DUI’s or criminal record
Current DOT qualifications - Ability to stoop bend, twist, throw and work in a variety of climates and environmental conditions.
- Experience with automation preferred but not required
- Experience driving from the right preferred but not required
- Perform pre/post-operation inspection of vehicle. Report any safely issues.
- Must be able to read and speak English
Other Knowledge and Skills:
· Safely operate heavy truck along designated route and disposal site
· Read route sheet and follow map
· Good customer services skills; always acts in a professional and courteous manner towards customers and co-workers, strives to meet and exceed customer expectations;
· Good time management skills; ability to adhere to work schedule and able to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient and safe manner
· Ability to adhere to Company policies; promotes the Company's safety standards; does not take inappropriate risks
