We are a family business event rental company that has been in business for 20 years serving the New England area. We delives furniture and décor primarily for weddings, but we do other events as well.

We are seeking driver(s) who do not mind working in a fast pace environment. It is seasonal work, but we can keep busy year-round. Pay for this position will start at $15/hour depending on experience.

Our business has grown exponentially and is continuing to grow.  We are in need of Non-CDL drivers to drive our automatic 26’ box delivery truck(s).  Great opportunity to get experience driving while you’re still in school training. 

Very flexible schedules; day, nights, weekends

Truck Driver Responsibilities

·         Inspect Company Vehicle for visual defect when the vehicle is not running and operating defects when the vehicle is running.

·         Load product into the company vehicles

·         Deliver Product to the appropriate customers using the company vehicle. Also responsible for ensuring the delivery receipt is signed by Customer.

·         Pick up product from customer. Also responsible for inspecting the condition of the merchandise, verify quantities and catalog numbers.

·         Verifies the quantity and description of product delivered and received by checking product against packing list.

·         Substitute for other warehouse personnel when needed.

·         Other duties may be assigned.

       Requirements

·         Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

·         Able to meet deadlines.

·         Excellent work attendance required.

·         Must be able to move up to 100 pounds with and without reasonable accommodations. We provide hand carts and team lifting is required for bulkier items.

       Qualifications

·         Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers to aid in satisfactory customer requirements.

·         Must have good driving record and a valid driver’s license. No moving violations in the last three years from date of application.

·         Must be able to obtain a DOT medical Certification according to 49 CFR 391.41 of the FMCSA regulations at own expense.

·         Must be willing to be subject to random Drug/Alcohol screening according to 49 CFR part 40 of the FMCSA regulations.

·         Must have pride in appearance and have good hygiene practice. You will be dealing with customers as a representative of this company. We need you to look your best.
