One on One Orientation and training. Orientation is two days in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
Driver training will be in a truck with a trainer over the road… Based out of Grand Forks, North Dakota.
Training Length varies depending on the aptitude reported back by the Trainers. Trainees should prepare for the possibility of 6 weeks.
While in training the pay is $100 a day.
Once assigned a truck… drivers will make what the veteran drivers make. Our drivers average 64K a year with the potential to make more (or less) dependent upon the amount of driving they choose to do. The amount of experience doesn’t matter.
