Our Route Delivery team seeks highly-motivated delivery drivers who are passionate about serving the customer, show outstanding performance and share the joy of being on the Crystal Rock Route Delivery team. Position Summary
The Route Sales Rep (RSR) effectively manages, delivers and services Crystal Rock routed customer accounts. Each route and delivery day is unique and entails an average of 40+ stops per day servicing residential and commercial customers. The primary role of the RSR is to effectively deliver and service all customers in a safe and professional manner while building relationships and promoting products. Desired candidates have highly-developed interaction skills and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
1 - 3 years driving experience required
Class B CDL w/ air brakes - 1 - 2 years Sales experience · Proven experience servicing clients, going through product demos and up-selling new products to established clients · Track record of relationship building with existing & new customers · Ability to lift and carry products in excess of 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day · Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication, customer service and problem solving skills. · Basic computer skills/Use handheld system to key transactions and manage customer data. · Dependable
