CDL Class A or B Delivery Drivers - $2,500 Sign on Bonus

Core-Mark is a leading nationally recognized distributor of consumer packaged goods to the convenience retail industry. We are growing, and are currently in immediate need of licensed Class A/B CDL drivers. 

WILL TRAIN RECENT GRADUATES

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

·         Operate trucks safely and efficiently to maximize miles per gallon.

·         Comply with DOT regulations and regularly utilize on-board computers to manage DOT log requirements.

·         Use a hand dolly to unload product including dry, fresh, and frozen items from the back of the truck into customer locations, interact with customers, and collect return items.

·         Interact with customers to resolve delivery issues.

·         Maintain positive and friendly customer relations at all times.

·         Complete necessary paperwork for customer billing.

·         Maintain an accident free delivery.

·         Clean out vehicles at the end of route.

·         Perform proper pre and post-trip inspection and write up any defects or concerns on vehicle condition report.

·         Ensure safety, timeliness, and accuracy of all role requirements.

·         Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

·         Flexibility to work extended hours as necessary

·         Physical ability to repetitively lift, unload and carry totes and bundles up to 35 lbs. consistently and 50 to 75 pounds occasionally

Qualifications:

·         Licensed Class A CDL

·         Licensed Class B CDL

·         Experience preferred-though new graduates with a clean non-CDL license are encouraged to apply
